Hanoi + Sapa 5 Nights

The day opens with a comfortable 120km shuttle bus ride out of Hanoi. Your guide meets you at the hotel and a rest stop breaks up the drivethrough the green countryside. Later in the morning you explore HoaLu Ancient Citadel and its Dinh King Temple, which dates back to the17th century. The early afternoon is spent on the water: a sampanowned and rowed by locals glides along the Ngo Dong river past karsthills, rice fields and quiet villages, slipping through the caves of HangCa, Hang Hai and Hang Ba. Later you arrive at Mua Cave for arewarding trek to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain and its spectacularview across the rice valley, before the limousine bus takes you back toHanoi. We start the day heading to Tuan Chau Island in Halong City, as yourtour guide and bus collect you from your hotel and follow the newhighway out of Hanoi, pausing briefly for a rest stop en route. Byaround noon, you'll arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, where you'rewelcomed aboard Cruise and given a safety briefing before departingon a scenic 5.5 to 6-hour voyage through one of the bay's mostcelebrated stretches, passing uninhabited islets and limestoneformations whose fanciful shapes have inspired local names like CockFighting Islet and Thumb Islet, all while savoring a deliciousVietnamese lunch on board. In the early afternoon, the cruise reachesthe Bo Hon archipelago, where you'll explore Surprising Cave and itsstriking stalactite and stalagmite formations shaped like marinecreatures, then paddle a kayak or ride a bamboo boat through LuonCave to uncover its serene hidden lagoon, before continuing to TitovIsland, where a sandy beach sits beneath dramatic limestone cliffs, withthe option to climb Titov Peak for a breathtaking panoramic view of thebay. In the late afternoon, you'll reboard the cruise for the returnjourney to Tuan Chau Harbor, then disembark and travel back to Hanoialong the new highway, arriving in the evening to be dropped off atyour hotel as the trip comes to a close.

Today, you will travel to Sapa. Located in the northwest of the country,Sapa is the mountainous district of Lao Cai province. As a modest land,it has many wonders of natural scenery with topography of hills, greenforests, which makes a fascinating scenic picture.Cat Cat village is one of the most famous destinations of not onlydomestic travelers but also foreign ones. It is located on the MuongHoa Valley and takes just a few minutes of walking distance fromSapa. This is an age-old village of H'Mong ethnic group remainingunique customs and practices that are lots in other villages. Visitors toCat Cat have an opportunity to admire a lively and colorful picture.That is the image of young women sitting by looms with colorfulpieces of brocade decorated with designs of flowers and birds. Whenthese pieces of brocade are finished, they are dyed and embroideredwith beautiful designs.

The local guide pick you up at your hotel and driver then transferredtowards the cable car to visit the Fansipan mountain. As you know thecable car in Sapa is the world’s longest and highest cable car, runningup from sleepy Sapa Town in Lao Cai Province to the peak of 3,143-meter Fansipan Mountain, known as Indochina’s rooftop. Enjoy theview from the highest point of this incredible mountain. The lush greenand subtropical vegetation makes this mountain really very beautiful.Take some pictures for unforgettable experience from the top. Aftertaking scenery then get cable car back to Sapa.Following the tour, enjoy a comfortable drive back to Hanoi with yourguide and driver for an overnight stay.
